Honeybrook Golf Club in Honey Brook, PA is introducing its PGA Family Course for the 2012 season.  

The Chester County course, ranked #10 in the PhillyGolfGuide.com Course Rankings, hopes to provide families and beginners with a more rewarding golf experience.  This is a tremendous forward-thinking initiative that will help grow the game of golf and will benefit all involved.  We hope more area courses follow their lead.

The details of the Family/Beginner course are:

• Provide a beginner-friendly short course within our golf facility using PGA Family Tee Markers
• Provide two sets of forward beginner friendly tees (Blue and Gold)
• Provide a simple transition as each player’s ability increases
• Enable players of varying abilities to shoot similar scores (junior handicaps available for this course)
• Encourage parents and kids to play golf together
• Include scorecards customized for the shorter set up
• The Family Course is available every day starting at 6:30 p.m.
• The cost is $10 per person/ $22 with cart.
